Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the item.
For hygienic reasons, no device can be returned or refunded if it has been used, tested, or if its packaging has been opened in a non-intact manner (seal broken, damaged packaging, etc.).
If the device is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos) so that we can offer an appropriate solution.
Non-Received Package
If the customer has not received the package, it is necessary to provide a sworn statement regarding non-receipt and proof of identity (front and back).
These documents are required to open a dispute with the shipping company.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card provider. Processing of the refund may take some time. If you have followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@mycellufrei.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange a product for an identical one, please email contact@mycellufrei.com.
